If the Gallery cancels an event for any reason, ticket holders are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price, as required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 10 business days of the cancellation notice.
If you are unable to attend, please note that tickets are non-refundable unless required under New Zealand law. Refunds are not available for a change of mind or personal circumstances. However, tickets may be transferred to another person at no additional charge — please contact us to update the attendee details.
Refund requests due to illness, emergency, or other extenuating circumstances will be considered at the Gallery’s discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.
All prices listed on the Toi Tauranga Art Gallery online shop are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and other methods as displayed at checkout. Your payment will be processed securely at the time of purchase.
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a refund or suitable alternative.
