These January school holidays we are offering exciting creative workshops for tamariki (children) aged 4–12 years old.

Inspired by Matthew Harris and Tyrone Te Waa's current exhibition Essential Oils, tamariki will design and construct their own sculptural masterpiece from unexpected and repurposed materials. They will also infuse a small section of their art work with an essential oil.

There are 7 x sessions to choose from, at a cost of $25 per child, and a specific age range. With only 14 spots per session get in quick to book your little loved ones in!

As part of the sculpture construction children might use knots when binding their work, this could be something they could practise at home with wool or string beforehand.
